Position Requirements
Our Hiring Standards
To maintain the elite reputation families trust us for, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
Active Licensing
Must hold a current, valid Washington State HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license.
Hands-On Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of professional caregiving or medical field experience is highly preferred.
Essential Training
Current First Aid and CPR certifications are strictly required.
The Right Personality
A genuine passion for senior care, an intuitive attention to detail, and absolute reliability.
Background Vetting
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, resume audit, and professional reference screening.
