Bringing a caregiver into your home is an act of trust, which is why we ensure that all our caregivers have not only the right experience but also the right personality for the job. All our caregivers have a minimum of two or more years of caregiving experience, and receive thorough background, resume and reference checks to ensure that they meet our high standards for care.

In many ways, a caregiver becomes an extension of your family. Thus, we make it a priority to keep consistent staffing in a client's home, especially when the client has Alzheimer's or dementia. Consistent staffing allows for strong relationships to be formed and preferences to be known, and provides comfort to clients who may have difficulty with too many changes. All staff are trained in first aid and CPR, hold a current WA license, and have at least five years of experience in the medical field. We employ caregivers who have a passion for care, value attention to detail, and have a thorough understanding of household management, so our clients' care and lifestyle needs are not only met but exceeded.
